September 2019 Treatbox Reveal

Treatbox Reveal and Review

Hello readers! It’s time for the September 2019 Treatbox Reveal
with me, Sabrina of Severn Wishes Blog.

xoxo Treatbox

Happy Treatbox Day! This is my Reveal and Review of the September Treatbox. It has a gorgeous deep purple tissue paper and the sticker reads “xoxo”. Zoe wrote on our calendar that she wants to challenge us to each have a few hours to ourselves this month to enjoy some of the items inside the box… we will see if that happens for me! Follow my social media for more Treatbox photos and updates!

Here are the contents of the September box, this month there are 5 items, 2 small Prints and of course the Calendar Print.

September Calendar Print
Print “Dreamer”
Quote
Print “Namastay in Bed”
“Dream Diary” A Blank Book so you can Record your Dreams
Made by Coopers Bath Salts – 100g Eucalyptus Rosemary – Vegan

Letterbox Bakery – Double Chocolate Flapjack
Korean Beauty Mix – 3 Step Mask, Wash and Serum
String LED Mixed Metal Heart 10 Lights – Battery Operated – 1m long

Here are some more images of the contents from this September box…

My Opinion on the September 2019 Box

I really love the heart lights, they are not only beautiful but good quality too. I chose to place mine into a large glass vase, the mixed metals look delightful when they are lit up. It takes 2 AA Batteries, luckily I had some at home already so that I could instantly use them. I will include a photo below.

The other items inside the Treatbox are a bit mixed bunch in my opinion.

Due to being Dairy Free I couldn’t eat the flapjack, so with my mother visiting me I gave it to her to eat. She said this about it. “That is one of the nicest chocolate flapjacks I have ever eaten. I thought it was soft and tasty and I would give it a 5/5 overall”.

The two prints are a little disappointing this month, there is no colour in them and although the Dreamer print is a nice quote it would’ve been nicer on a coloured background I believe.

This month we see yet another Korean Beauty item, it’s a mask set this time. I actually haven’t used the previous one we received yet! Maybe I will find time to try it this month! Keep an eye on my social media...

The Dreamer Diary is a nice addition, it’s something we haven’t had before and it’s a pretty front cover. Sometimes I wake from a dream and would love to write it down, so I’m hoping to use this booklet.

Finally the Made by Coopers Bath Salts look great! Not only are they Organic and Vegan, but made with natural ingredients and is handcrafted. I really look forward to using them.

August 2019 Treatbox Reveal

Hello readers! It’s time for the August 2019 Treatbox Reveal
with me, Sabrina of Severn Wishes Blog.

Happy Treatbox Day! I am ready to Reveal and Review the August Treatbox. It has a gorgeous Yellow tissue paper and the little sticker reads “When Life Gives You Lemons, Make Lemonade”.

When Life Gives You Lemons…

I’m really looking forward to finding out what could be inside this box, the summertime boxes always seem more exciting somehow…

Unboxing…

Here are the contents of the August box, we can see 7 items, an A5 Print and of course the Calendar Print.

August Calendar Print – blue and yellow
A5 Print “The World is your Oyster”
Cotton Bag “Let’s Get Away” in beige and blue

Notepad for “Lists and Things”
Packet of Tissues
Queen Bee Key Ring from Sass & Belle

Anandas Homemade Gourmet Marshmallows – Caramel (V)
2 Hair Bands with Bows – Several Colours Available at Random

The August 2019 Treatbox

Here are some images of the contents of the August box…

My Opinion on the August 2019 Box

What I really liked most about this box were the new items, the hair bands and the Marshmallows. I think we all like to try new things or receive items we have not yet seen before, this made me happy.

The quality of the months items was great, a key ring from Sass & Belle and the bag are great additions, even if they are passed on to others as gifts. Personally I don’t think you can ever have enough notepads or cotton bags! Reuse the bag for whatever you like instead of buying more plastics!

My favourite things in the August box is, well, all of it! There wasn’t an item that I didn’t like, and although the print is a little bit plain this month I’m sure the quote spoke to a lot of you. It’s a bit like, go get um! or, do whatever you like, but saying it in a nicer way of course!

This month there seems to be a theme of getting away for a day, as the bag tells us, and the tissues to go inside it, marshmallows for a tasty treat to share or not, there is a band to put your hair up in the sea breeze and you could even make a list of what to do on your day out! All hypothetical of course! But what I like about Treatbox items, is that there are multiple uses for the contents. It’s totally up to you!

It’s another Vegan treat this month, this makes me very happy!
Bags are so useful and this one is a great size too!

June 2019 Treatbox Reveal

Hello and Welcome to the June 2019 Treatbox Reveal
with Sabrina of Severn Wishes Blog.

Happy Treat Box Day! It’s June! It’s half way through 2019 and I am ready to Reveal and Review the June Treatbox.

As I open up the box it has a yellow tissue paper and the sticker reads “Chin-Up Buttercup”
.

Here is my reveal image of the June 2019 box. This month sees 5 items, an A5 Print and the Calendar Print.

June Calendar Print
A5 Butterfly Print

Biscuit “Choose Happy”
Lightweight Scarf – White with Blue Stitch Details
Butterfly Pin with the Slogan “Never Lose Hope”
Hanging Plaque from East of India “Follow Your Dreams”
Scented Candles (2 Boxes Available) Chamomile Blossom OR Peony Blossom Vanilla

This box has a theme of positivity and good vibes!

Here are some images of the items within this box…

What Did I Like About The June Box?

What I liked the most about this month of Treatbox was that it was a mixture of items, some of which we either haven’t had or haven’t seen for a while.
I’m so glad to see a dairy free edible item, yay for me! It’s well designed and with that positive quote is feel good to!
The lightweight scarf is lovely and I have no doubt that I will be using it around my shoulders throughout the Summer months. I really like the blue stitched detail around its edge.
The plaque is good quality and so is the pin, I do love the positive associations from these items. In fact positivity is spread throughout this entire box of treats.
That butterfly print is also gorgeous! I can’t wait to pop mine inside a frame, I’m a fan of butterflies!

May 2019 Treatbox Reveal

Hello and Welcome to the May 2019 Treatbox Reveal
with Sabrina of Severn Wishes Blog.

Happy Treat Box Day! It’s May already! And it’s time for the May Treatbox Reveal and Review.

I open up the box this month and find the little sticker reads “You Are Enough”. I’m met with a gorgeous light blue tissue paper too.

So what can we expect to find in the May box?

The Treatbox Theme is Wild!

May Calendar Print for 2019.

A4 Print – All Good Things Are Wild And Free.

Flamingo Pen – blue ink and a 3D representation of a Pink Flamingo Bird, Wooden and originally from Sass & Belle.

Flamingo Design Mini Travel Case – Perfect for Travelling with Accessories like Jewellery and Headphones, they can all be kept safe and it’s a great addition to any hand or travel bag.

Two Notebooks – Treatbox Originals. Hand drawn and designed at HQ with animal prints for this Wild theme for May. Great for people who like to make to do lists, jot down ideas or plans, or even sketch as they’re plain and blank.

Peakz – a bag of crunchy mint chocolate squares, a vegan treat that is high in fibre, has Vitamin B12 and contains Iron. It is made with No Palm Oil and you get 32g with the packet.
These treats tasted nice, the mint and dark chocolate was a winning combination. They had the texture of wheat cereal squares and a nice aftertaste too. Because they are good for you its even better.

Two Korean Beauty items – from Oh K! The first is a Ginseng and Eucalyptus Under Eye Mask. The second is a hydrating gold gel lip mask with honey and chamomile extracts.

The May 2019 Treatbox.

Here are some more images of the May 2019 box and its items in more detail. This month sees 7 items and a print.

My Opinion on the May 2019 Box and its Contents

At first glance I was a little dubious about this Treatbox, I was getting concerned that the items were repeating themselves again. However I’ve been pleasantly surprised with some of it.

The May 2019 box has had some things we hadn’t seen before, such as the Accessories Case and the awesome three dimensional pen (I love a bit of stationery!). The two notebooks are fab because they’re unique to Treatbox too.

I’ve never tried any Korean Beauty items but am looking forward to trying something new. Same with the Peakz treat that I hadn’t heard about before this box.

Over all it’s a good box with some nice items that I hope to enjoy and others I aim to use often.

April 2019 Treatbox Reveal

Hello and Welcome to the April 2019 Treatbox Reveal
with Sabrina of Severn Wishes Blog.

Happy Treat Box Day! It’s the first of April that I have opened this lovely box. But I’ve just had my first official Mother’s Day, so I am bringing you this Reveal 2 days late because I have had some much needed family time!

I open up the box and the little sticker reads “Life Is A Beautiful Adventure”. I’m met with a gorgeous purple tissue paper.

So without further ado… here are all of the contents available in this months Treatbox…

Calendar Print for April 2019
Treatbox Design Set of 4 Prints “Some Where Over The Rainbow”
3 Boxes of Organic English Tea Shop Tea Bags of Chamomile, Peppermint & Apple Rosehip Raspberry Ripple
Heart Shaped Bath Bomb
Daisy Socks – Blue
Daily Concepts Mini Facial Scrubber

The Make Arcade – Felt Sewing Kit – Rainbow

April 2019 Treatbox

Here are some more images of the April box and items in detail.

Unique Treatbox Designed Prints
Bath Bomb and Socks
Organic Tea from English Tea Shop
Facial Mini Scrubber
Felt Kit and Calendar Print

My Opinion on the April 2019 Contents

My opinion on the April box is a mixed one. I think the 4 prints are an excellent idea and make for a nice change to the usual singular print. Socks are lovely and good quality. Tea bags are always fun, and if you don’t like that flavour a nice gift for someone.
The felt kit was a new and unusual addition, I’m a big fan or art and craft so I hope to get around to doing this in the next month or two. I know it must be hard to come up with new examples of items that still fit inside the treatbox, so this was great!
We have already had bath bombs in the past and facial sponges and the like, so I was disappointed that we didn’t receive a second new product, one not previously seen in a box. I do believe the brand is also replicated and isn’t even a variation to previous.

Despite loving the boxes over all and love reviewing them, I am seriously considering terminating my subscription, because I am using less and less of what is being posted out each month.
I plan to run a couple of blog giveaways this Spring and Summer, I’m sure a few items will be from prior boxes. While the next boxes arrive and I will review them, I will decide after those contents whether or not to continue.

March 2019 Treatbox Reveal

Hello and Welcome to the March 2019 Treatbox Reveal
with Sabrina of Severn Wishes Blog.

Happy Treat Box Day! It’s the first of March 2019! I’m so happy to be able to bring you this Reveal on the first day of the new month. March is also my birthday which is next week! So this feels like an extra gift and present from myself to… well, me!

I open the box and the little sticker reads “Chin Up Buttercup” and this month the tissue paper is a Light Blue colour.

I think of March as Spring, the weather should be improving and flowers start blooming. I wonder if any of those themes will appear in the box this time.

So here are all of the contents of this months Treatbox…

This month there are 6 items, plus A5 Print and Calendar Print.

Calendar Print for March 2019
Designed by Treatbox – A Colour by Numbers Print A5
Bee Good – Plump and Firm Moisturiser 15ml Made in UK.
A Set of 4 Ditsy Garden Nail Files
Metal Bird on Rope – Hanging Decoration – Sass & Belle
Baby Pineapple Snack Bag (25g)
Squirrel Sisters Raspberry Ripple Energy Bars 2 x 20g (Contains Nuts, Vegan, GF) Made in the UK.

A Packet of Lavender Seeds for us to grow and nurture

Here are some images of the items within the March box…

My Thoughts on the March Box

I really liked the theme of Spring and Flowers. The box was well executed with the items combining well together, something to eat, something to use, something to do and something to look at.
Over all the box has several items that are good quality, either made using British products or made within the United Kingdom.
It’s nice to have something for the home that is really useful, the tea towel is especially nice, very Spring worthy, with bright colours and a nice happy pattern.
I like the idea of the colour by numbers print this month. I also really like the idea of growing the Lavender. Hopefully it will work as it’s one of my favourite flowers and I would love to plant the seedlings in my garden once they’ve grown large enough.
I will make some images of my progress using these Treatbox items on my social media, as always.

January 2019 Treatbox Reveal

Hello and Welcome to the January 2019 Treatbox Reveal
with Sabrina of Severn Wishes Blog.

Happy Treat Box Day! It’s the very first Treatbox of 2019!

The little sticker reads With Love and the tissue paper is light pink.

I have waited a while longer for the box due to the Christmas break, with the dispatch day being delayed. It was just sods law that my family were all ill around that time so this review has had to come later than I had planned.

So here are all of the contents of the first box of the year, the January 2019 Treatbox.

This month there are 7 physical items, plus the Calendar Print and an A5 Print as well.

Calendar Print for January 2019
A5 Print – “New Year, New Feels, New Chances, Same Dreams, Fresh Starts”
Designed by Treatbox – Desk Planner – Goals and Daily Organising
2 Tea Bags – Pukka – Cleanse
Baume Du Sourire – Lip Balm – Mint Aroma 15ml
Willow and Rose Mobile Phone Holder Ring Clip
Vitamasques – Strawberry Yoghurt Mask 15ml
Designed by Treatbox – Magnet – Happy Clouds and Suns

January 2019 Treatbox Reveal

Here is a selection of my photographs of this month’s box, I hope you enjoy seeing the items up close.

Treatbox January Desk Planner
Face Mask, Magnet and Lip Balm.
Pukka Tea Bags and Magnet.
Magnet and Mobile Phone Holder Ring Clip

My Favourites

My favourite pieces in this months box are the Desk Planner, the Magnet, the A5 Print and the Calendar Print. I’m hoping to make use of the planner as often as possible and hope it will aid with both my blogging and organising my time at home.

My Overall Opinion

I really loved the Treatbox originals and I’m happy with the Magnet. It’s been nice to receive new things, and useful items. Though we have yet another face mask… I was a little disappointed with that as I haven’t yet used the previous one we got. The phone clip ring is a nice idea but it would ruin the design on my phone case so I won’t be using it. It’s a great idea for the younger generation though who take a lot of selfies!

December 2018 Treatbox Reveal

Hello and Welcome to the December 2018 Treatbox Reveal
with Sabrina of Severn Wishes Blog.

Happy Treat Box Day! It’s the last Treatbox of 2018 and it’s the Christmas box!

The little sticker is a stag on a winter scene with pale yellow tissue paper.

I have been very much looking forward to this box, it had been delayed due to Zoe awaiting an item, and you know that Zoe puts a lot of effort into every single month of Treatbox, therefore I eagerly wanted to know what it could be…

Without further ado, here are all of the contents of the December 2018 Treatbox.

This month there are 4 physical items, plus 12 square card prints accompanied by 10 golden pegs with string, plus a Calendar Print and an A5 Print.

Calendar Print for December 2018
A5 Print – Rocking Around The Christmas Tree
Twelve Square Card Prints Designed by Treatbox for Christmas Time
11 Golden Pegs with a Piece of Green and White String
Treatbox Designed 2019 Diary and Planner
Gnaw Chocolate Bar – Winter Wonder
Vitamasques – Cranberry and Apple Sheet Face Mask
Teeny Bobeenie Boutique – Snowberry and Mistletoe Wax Brittle
Selection of Christmas Related Sequins Thrown In For Fun

Here is a selection of my photographs of this month’s box, I hope you enjoy seeing the items up close.

My Favourites

My favourite pieces in this box have to be the Diary/Planner and the original cards. You can’t go wrong with chocolate and pamper products. I’m hoping to get some evenings to relax once the main Christmas days have been and gone, and enjoy what has been discovered in my box. The 12 cards are very sweet and awesome for making a home Christmassy and bright.

My Overall Opinion

I really loved the Treatbox originals and unique items this box. Once again we have lots of effort that has been applied and a theme that is well thought out. You can apply your face mask and eat your chocolate whilst writing your Christmas Cards for example…
I appreciated that this box was delayed, however I was more than happy with the content, it was worth the extra few days wait. This Treatbox has certainly ended the year on a high, and I look forward to the January box.

October 2018 Treatbox Reveal

Hello and Welcome to the October 2018 Treatbox Reveal
with Sabrina of Severn Wishes Blog.

Happy Treat Box Day Everyone! So it’s officially Autumn (as of a few days ago) and we are all counting down to the next “Holiday” which of course is Halloween!

This month the Treatbox  is “Positive Vibes” and as Autumn begins… leaves are changing and the nights are drawing in. Colder days are upon us and I hope that this box will reflect this seasonal transition…

The tissue paper is pale blue as I opened this box. The little sticker reads “Hello You”.

Here are all of the contents of the October 2018 Treatbox. Remember to check your calendar print information because there are often variations in some items with their flavour or their colour for example.

This month there are 5 physical items in the Treatbox plus a Calendar Print and two A5 Prints as well.

Calendar Print – October – Smile! Leaves changing…
2 A5 Prints – “Be Kind” & “Do It For Yourself”
Coaster “Good Vibes” – exclusive to Treatbox
Dark Grey Scarf – 100% Polyester
Vitamasques – Sleep in Mask – Made with Avocado
Kokoa smooth Venezuelan Hot Chocolate Stir-Ins! We get 3 in the Packet and they are 58% Cocoa.

Melting Pot Fudge – Traditional Butter Flavour – made in Ireland

Here is a selection of my photographs of this month’s box, I hope you enjoy seeing the items up close and if you have any questions about any of them please leave me a comment at the end of the post, I will do my best to find you an answer.

My Favourites

My favourite pieces in the box this time have been the Grey Scarf, the two Prints and the Hot Chocolate Cocoa Stir-Ins. I cannot wait for a cold afternoon where I can enjoy the hot chocolate. The prints are always great for building positive thoughts through ones day.

My Overall Opinion

I really liked that the box resembled (in my opinion) an afternoon of relaxing. You could go for a walk with your lovely new Scarf keeping your neck warm. Once home you make your Hot Chocolate, while it’s too hot to drink you stand your mug on the Treatbox Coaster, enjoying eating the bar of Fudge as you relax in your favourite chair.

It was great to try new brands and new things in this month’s box as well.

The scarf is nice quality and soft to the touch, and I liked the over all positive theme.

September 2018 Treatbox Reveal

Hello and Welcome to the September 2018 Treatbox Reveal
with Sabrina of Severn Wishes Blog.

Happy Treat Box Day Everyone! I have been looking forward to this box, the end of Summer and beginning of Autumn is usually a beautiful transition in the United Kingdom. I am hoping this box will reflect that…

This month the Treatbox UK theme is “Staying Cosy” as our Summer ends and Autumn begins…

I adore Purple and was happy to see a deep Purple tissue paper as I opened this box. The little sticker reads “Happy Post” and it certainly is!

Here are all of the contents of the September 2018 Treatbox. Remember to check your calendar print because there are often variations in some items with their flavour or colour for example. This month there are 7 items in the Treatbox plus a Calendar Print and an A5 Print.

Calendar Print for September 2018 – Heart

2 Pukka Tea Bags – Cranberry, Rose & Vanilla Flavour
Purple “Baked Apple” Scent Circus Wax Melt 20g
Popcorn Shed “Pop N Choc” Bag of Gluten Free Popcorn
Vitamasques Peaches & Honey Hand Mask
“Stay Cosy” White Pillowcase
After Spa Magic Makeup Remover Cloth
A5 Print – “Take A Deep Breath, Let Out All The Stress, You Deserve To Be Okay!”

Here is a selection of my photographs of this month’s box, I hope you enjoy seeing the items up close and if you have any questions about any of them please leave me a comment at the end of the post.

September 2018 Treatbox UK

Hand Printed at Treatbox HQ!

My Favourites

My favourite pieces in this box were the Pillowcase and the Popcorn. The print was of good quality as always too.

I really liked that we had a few things we hadn’t had before in a box, such as the Popcorn Brand and the Hand Mask – something I had not tried previously. Having the opportunity to try a hand mask made from Korean beauty is great. The pillowcase was a nice addition this month and something that everyone can use.

My Overall Opinion

What I liked was the theme for this month, being “Cosy” as Autumn draws in sounds wonderful. Although I felt the items themselves lacked something special. Cosy for me is a candle and a blanket, or at least a scarf and something warming. I felt like a Candle would have fitted the theme better than a Wax Melt, and that the Tea was a good addition for the warming element of this concept. However in my opinion there could have been a little more thought into this months theme.

I wasn’t a fan of the Wax Melt, I still haven’t used any of the other melts I’ve received in Treatbox, they simply go into a box for me to re-gift to others during the year. I would have loved more Popcorn too! One small bag of it (considering the grams) just seemed such a shame! The fact that the Popcorn was Gluten Free was a great bonus though!
