DSC07532ProcResDSC07521ProcResSWAs some of you will know I love to photograph these fabulous boxes in great detail and outline every inch of its contents. This months wonderful theme is ‘Dream Big’ which has aspects of Magic, Dreams, Unicorns, Rainbows and Love (among other things). I was really happy with all of the items inside this months box, check out my photographs and descriptions below for this Treatbox for August.

Inside the August Treatbox you will find some wonderful items including Heart Bathbombs, A Stone Coaster (mine read ‘Do What You Love Every Day’), A bag of Rainbow Drop sweets, A set of white battery powered Fairy Lights (that are so bright and gorgeous), A ‘Follow Your Dreams’ inspirational quote card, A beautiful Rainbow iron-on patch, 3 small cards which were 1. Dare to Dream Big, 2. Who Runs the World? Girls, 3. DSC07643ProcResSWMy favourite items in this months box are the notebooks, the lights and the quote card ‘Follow your Dreams’. I love the notebooks because they are not only pretty but so useful to have around the house. Because I blog so much if I don’t have my phone to hand I often write myself notes, these are the perfect size for slipping into a handbag or travel bag too. I love the lights because for battery ones they are super bright, see my image below for just how amazing they look when placed into a dark corner. And finally I adore the inspirational quote card, I am a huge believer in seizing the day, and following your dreams, even if it takes you a while to achieve them, don’t give up and believe in yourself, this beautiful card is something to read and remind you of that.

NotebooksFollowYourDreams

This is what I have decided to do with my fairy lights. I have this gorgeous quote jar that I bought in the Spring earlier on this year but hadn’t done anything with yet. The lights are so bright, they look fabulous inside it in the evening light.

There are so many wonderfully colourful items in this months treat box, it is both cheerful and bright, a great way to start the month. I’m very impressed with the treat box products for August.

July Treat Box Reveal

HandleWithCareI’ve been very lucky this month because I have another Treatbox reveal for you all! I am happy to share this months theme with you first of all which is a Tropical theme.

Aloha2 Treatbox05

So where to begin! Well I will start with saying how I laughed out loud when I opened the box, the sticker read ‘Aloha’ and inside the box was a bright pink paper and an interesting smell like coconut. There was a card that read ‘Be A Flamingo In A Flock Of Pigeons’ which I’m sure plenty of us can relate to. After my chuckle was over I read the description card and was surprised to read that TreatBox had now been going a year, so congrats to Zoe and her wonderful business!

JulyTreatboxAs I carefully opened up the tissue paper I noticed the smell getting stronger and I could see something made of material, what I guessed was the party bag with spots on and in the corner was something covered in pineapples!

Treatbox for July SWInside this months box you will find some wonderful items including the little party bag mentioned in the description in celebration of a year of TreatBoxes, which had bubbles, confetti and sweets inside it (cute!), a ‘Hooray’ flag (which is great for any celebrations), a badge that has melons on it, a lovely makeup bag which has the slogan ‘and so the Adventure begins darling’, a heart and arrows sign which reads ‘Go Your Own Way’, a bracelet from Wish Upon A String which is a Pineapple, an inspirational card that says ‘Oh The Places You’ll Go’, and a candle which is Pina Colada scented from Simple Candle Co. (it made the whole box smell lovely).

BraceletPartyBagThe PlacesBadge

Did anyone else start singing or humming the Pina Colada song while going through their treats? Because I did! You know the one? “I like Pina Colada’s and getting caught in the rain!” Mainly I think was because the smell was so nice throughout the whole box because of the candle, it reminded me of the smell of the drink.

CandleMakeupBagSignMy favourite item in this months box has to be the quote bag. I really like the delicate font on the front. I’m a huge fan of storage items no matter what the material, and I’m positive that this little bag will go away with me on holidays and long weekends. It’s a versatile size and I love that it can fit a lot of different items in, because it isn’t designed to be makeup specific for example, but I would most likely use it for that, or perhaps weekend accessories such as jewellery and things of that nature.

Treatbox MakeupBagMakeupBag2

I really love how much thought goes into these Treat Boxes. It must be difficult to come up with such great themes and gather the various items needed for each individual box. I am also very fond of all the inspirational quotes too.

Treatbox in July V2 SWI have thoroughly enjoyed all four of my TreatBox experiences. Although I haven’t loved every item in every box, the great thing about these wonderful items is that the gifts that you receive that are unwanted, can become gifts for others who will love them. I know I won’t be purchasing too many little presents on the run up to this years festivities because I am saving a few of my TreatBox items to give away.

June Treat Box Reveal

JuneTreatBox1June has arrived with some sunshine and a treat box which is filled with baking theme items! I have to admit that I love to bake even though I’m not very good at it, I have perfected brownies but with cake I am still learning! The items in this box will no doubt be of great use to me over the summer months as I continue cooking and making the perfect recipe.

JuneTreatBox2JuneTreatBox4JuneTreatBox3So it’s time for the big reveal! I have chosen to photograph the products in more detail this month so you can really see the quality of things you are getting from the treat box.

What can we find in June’s box, of course there is a card, this months reads ‘You’ve Gotta Risk It To Get The Biscuit’ which is a phrase I have used plenty of times in my life already, and I had a little chuckle at it as I opened the box up. Inside the first thing I noticed was a wonderful baking spatula of fabulous quality. There are some pegs (mine were cupcakes) which can be used for photos or recipes or decoration. Inside the treat box you’ll also find a notebook designed for anything cookery related you’d like to make notes on. Also there is a delicious biscuit (I had to stop myself eating mine because I wanted to make sure I photographed it) and mine had such a cute face on it too! In this months treat box there is a packet of chalkboard stickers – something I’ve never seen before – fantastic for people who haven’t got a kitchen big enough for an actual board! You will also find a pencil – mine was pink and read ‘Star Baker’ which is just lovely especially if you enjoy watching bake off! There will also be a teabag and mine happened to be popcorn flavour green tea which is something I drink anyway so I’m intrigued to try this flavour. And finally you have some biscuit nail files which are cute and always handy for a ladies handbag.

So what has been my favourite item from this months box. I couldn’t choose between the spatula and the notebook. Both are so useful and perfect for myself and my daily life. I know that both will be used and enjoyed.

May Treat Box Reveal

TreatBoxMayOneSo it’s that time again! The start of a new month means a new treat box arrives in the post. I’m very excited to see what could be in this one and I couldn’t wait to photograph during this reveal!

TreatBoxOneTreatBoxMayThreeI grinned from ear to ear as I opened the box and saw purple tissue paper. I love purple and hoped the theme might continue inside. The quote on the card read ‘She believed she could so she did’ which is a wonderful sentiment for everyone, to believe in yourself. I hope to get this card framed in a pretty frame I can see every day and remind myself this quote is true.

When I read the description of ‘pretty chic’ I knew there would be things I would love inside. When I think chic I think drift wood that has been carved into something, I think flowers and I think other symbolic shapes such as stars and hearts. I wasn’t disappointed as I opened the ‘hello beautiful’ sticker…

TreatBoxMaySevenTreatBoxMayEightInside this months treat box you will find a quote card that reads ‘She Believed She Could So She Did, a Cushion that reads ‘Follow your Heart’, a fabulous Queen Bee bookmark, a polka dot bag with a lovely Compact Mirror inside that reads ‘You Look Lovely Today’ on the back of it, a Wooden Board with the words ‘Life is too short to be anything but Happy’, some hanging Metal Hearts that chink together and are a very nice decoration and lastly some lovely pink decorative tape.

TreatBoxMayFourTreatBoxMayTwoOne thing that all of these wonderful gifts have in common are that they are inspiring and confidence boosting. Reminding the people who have received these wonderful treats that they should believe in the things they do, to follow their dreams and hearts to success and happiness.

TreatBoxMaySixTreatBoxMayFiveOverall I’m so pleased with this months treat box, I love every single item that has been received. The quality is excellent and I know that I will find place in my home for all of the things in this treat box. My favourite item, (if I have to pick one because it’s so difficult with this box) is the quote board. I think that it’s words are rather poignant, Life is Short, Be Happy, is something I try to live by, and think of a positive even on the bad days.

I now cannot wait for my next box to arrive in June, and I think it will be a hard act to follow with a box filled with as excellent things as this is!

April Treat Box Reveal

Today in the post I have received my first ever treat box. I have subscribed for three months of boxes from treatboxuk starting with April.

I was very excited to see what was inside, because I’ve heard that it can be all kinds of trinkets, beauty items and inspirational pieces. I see this as a box to cheer you up and start your month off in a positive way. A treat box filled with treats! So let’s take a look…

TreatBox1

As I opened the box I noticed a card that said ‘Hello Sunshine’ which is just delightful. And my April description inside told me that this box would be filled with Sunshine and Beach Days and Nautical themes.

As I began to peel back the sticker ‘Ahoy there’ to reveal the surprises beneath I noticed the yellow theme running throughout. Sunshine always makes people happier, and just the bright yellow paper was enough to make me smile this morning.

TreatBox2

Inside the treat box for April you will find; the ‘hello sunshine’ card, a strawberry lip balm, a paper bag of seaside related sweets, a cotton bag that reads ‘when life gives you lemons make lemonade’, a pretty three tone necklace, a seaside flag, a white wooden plaque that reads ‘all you need is love and the ocean’ written in blue, and a bunting flag with ‘sandy toes and salty kisses’ written on it in blue.

My favourite things from this treatbox are the necklace, the ‘hello sunshine’ card and the lovely reusable bag. I think I may gift some of the other items to friends who live on the coast, as they may appreciate the ocean references more so in their home more than I do in mine.

TreatBox3

If you would like to order your own treat box then you can find Treatbox by searching that keyword on Facebook and/or visit their website to subscribe for your own treat box https://treatboxuk.com/

The beauty of subscribing to treatbox is that you’ll pay a one-off fee for whichever amount you choose, and then each month your box gets sent to your door. Inside could be a range of gifts from homeware to accessories, edible items and other useful things, as well as trinkets, jewellery and inspirational quotes too!

If you would like to see the video reveal of this on my youtube please take a look the link on my homepage.

TreatBox4SWI have to say receiving this treatbox in the post has brightened my day. I’m even going to share the tasty sweets with my husband. The next of my Treat Boxes will come through my letterbox in May, and I look forward to it! Keep your eyes peeled for my next review!
